GPS Point is less responsive in 100.5 Sdk #1329

After upgrading HATS to the 100.5 ArcGIS Runtime SDK, field tests showed the GPS location only occasionally updating as I walked around. Odds are I just need to change how we're accessing GPS in the new Sdk to fix this.

This was fixed by just moving the GPS functions to the main thread.
