To whom it may concern: I noticed today that when HATS converts a general estimate to a PDF form, it doesn't include individual item costs, & the "Comments" section is omitted. I have attached the PDF & a screenshot of the same estimate that I created yesterday for comparison. It would be helpful to have the PDF version display what is entered on the online version, especially the comments. PDF export is dropping prices and comments.

No. It’s not. It’s never showed individual prices or comments as that is for internal notes.

Think its because its designed this way. @jhudsonWA can confirm. This form (don't get confused with K's) isn't used often.

More info: No estimate pdf from HATS (General or K) show individual rates. The number that has always mattered in the past is the Total amount of the line item. And comments, as mentioned above are for internal WSDOT notes and as such are not put on the estimate. If you want additional notes that should go I would recommend using the Description of Work.
