when users are editing K-Jobs the EMAIL REQUEST SETUP will populate back to red. this can confuse users into thinking they need to send request again. If there could be a way to stop them from doing so or an Icon that pops up leting them know it is already sent this could make it more user friendly.

So the button turns red when changes are detected on the screen because in some cases this does mean a new email must be sent due to various business rules.

They way Ryan explained it to me is that when you go to edit a line item like labor, don't make a change and hit cancel the Email Setup Request button pops up. Even when no actual changes were made. I was able to duplicate.

This is from Ryan. I don't have the background information from our side to respond.

I talked with financial and they told me the only time a K-Job would need to EMAIL SETUP REQUEST is when the information about the job changes. Location, direction, mile post, date a cured, so on and so on. Hope this helps. I can send it in feedback if you would like me to.

Sounds like scaling back the fields the trigger a change would be appropriate. (basically ignore Labor, Equipment, Materials)
