At our team meeting we discussed this as a possible alternative to map image archives leveraging the RTDB data currently being saved in the SQL database. This would eliminate the need to store and maintain the .map files. Heather identified that the location data is not being saved in the SQL database, so if a past element no longer exists in TMS the needed location info to map the data will not be available. So probable tasks include adding location info to the SQL database and adding interface controls to control the data date and time. Perhaps a bold outline or something to really make it pop when you are in historic data mode would be good.
