Update WZDB User Guide #85

  1. Do not include the contract # in the Project Titles
  2. All Shared-Use Trail Closures need to be submitted in the WZDB (Maintenance projects, PEO Projects, etc) and the nearest SR & MP to be used as the location. Include “Trail Closure” in the title.
  3. Contact information must be in the “WSDOT Contacts” or “Contacts” sections in the WZDB, and nowhere else within the WZDB. Personal contact information is considered Personal Identification Information (PII), which requires additional IT framework. PII in the WZDB cannot be pushed to the public, as a result there are only specific spaces within the WZDB where contact information is allowed. The comment field can say something like “Call Bob”, but actual contact info cannot be entered there.

The contract number column could be moved over closer to the left so that the users who are putting it in the description have it in a more visible location.
