Describe the bug or issue When viewing a Washington highway the cameras from the like named roadway in Oregon are being shown.
To Reproduce https://wsdot.com/travel/real-time/cameras/road/026/Vantage/Othello
Expected behavior Only the Washington cameras should be shown
Additional context The Oregon cameras are have the Region value set to OS, don't show these in the travel center. (But keep them on the map)
