Logs Generated with NG_TMS Incidents Lack Supervisor Information. #95

Describe the bug or issue A discrepancy exists in supervisor information for TMC Log entries generated via NG_Incident. While the supervisor details are present within the log itself, clicking "Supervisor" triggers a pop-up displaying "unknown" information. This behavior differs from logs created through the web interface, where clicking "Supervisor" directly retrieves the relevant contact details.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new TMC Log using NG_Incident.
  2. In the TMC Log Event Form, click on "Supervisor."

Expected behavior A pop-up containing the Supervisor's name and contact information appears.
