Add job listings #61

Need to find out what data NeoGov provides to see if we can do this.

Jeremy made this issue for the iPhone app and I copied it over here. I think he said there's an API in the works for it. It may already exist.

Now that the @WSDOTJobs twitter account is live would adding it to the available twitter accounts fulfill this requirement?

As one of our Twitter feeds I think it should for sure be included with the rest. I would confirm with @bertraj whether he was originally looking for a separate activity or was thinking Twitter feed instead.

I'd like to see the twitter feed included with the twitter feeds, but the jobs also listed out separately so users don't need to feel like they need a Twitter account to view the jobs.
