Redesign "Happening Now" section of app #310

Now that Twitter is removed from the app the "Happening Now" section is limited to Blog posts & YouTube videos.

The Blog post data is included in the "News Release" feed (located in Traveler Information), so it makes sense to remove Blog posts.
YouTube videos also have very low user visibility (less than 1%), so we should also consider removing the videos from the app.

In the short term, we recommend removing the "Happening Now" section from the app. It currently presents only low-usage or duplicate information.

In the longer term we would like to incorporate real-time updates such as the information we share on Twitter, but the agency standard is to avoid language like "happening now" so we would incorporate the real-time information in a different and more easily accessible way.

This needs approval from Jeremy.
