Bridge Alert Update #341

Removed bridge alerts from Traveler Information menu.
Added bridge alerts to main menu w/ icon.
Added bridge alert detail screen.
Bridge alert notifications now open to detail screen.
Grouped bridges by tableview sections.
Updated relative date formatting.
