Add Banner Covers HeaderPanel On Rotations #45

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start app in portrait. Wait for ad banner to load.
  2. Rotate app to landscape.
  3. Rotate back to portrait.

After step 3 the ad banner loads and covers content. No space is made for the banner.

When in landscape you cannot access the toolbar. I assume this is because the ad is taking touch events. (The ad is not displayed in landscape)
