Remove unused modules

Looking ahead to what is involved in migrating to Drupal 8 there are many Drupal 7 modules that do not have a replacement or stable upgrade path.

Some of the following modules were installed when the site was first deployed, however, we have never used them. Others had a one time use during initial site setup.

• calendar
• colorbox
• Colorbox plugin 1.x
• media_flickr
• migrate
• migrate_extras
• mollom
• page_title
• user_import
• wsdot_migrate
• xmlsitemap

All modules removed with the exception of the geolocation module which has a dependency on the install profile of Acquia Drupal (acquia-7.x-1.44).

The Geolocation Field module is unused at this time.

These three can also be removed now as the dependency was in the "Regions" alternate contact field collection.
