Revert removal of Auction Parcel content type and styles #467

The Auction Parcel content type was removed in Issue #416 and associated CSS styles in Issue #417

Real Estate Services is now closer to going into Drupal so let's revisit the Auction Parcel content type and see if it still works for what they need.

This content type and spec is out of date. Would need to revisit it again under the proposed IA and site redesign to see where it fits.
