Install Metatag Path module #530

The Metatag Path module extends functionality of the Metatag module. With this module you can create meta tags for custom paths.

I thought the regular Metatag module allowed one to set custom meta property tags based on path, however, it appears that it does not.

I will install the Metatag Path module and confirm how it works and if there are any issues with it.

Module is garbage. Reverted and removed with commit 9fbb112
