Ferries - modify CSS to shrink space between H3 and following content #536

On taxonomy summary pages there is a default 1em margin on the top and bottom of the H3 heading tags. Anthro-tech would like to see that shrunk, if possible, so it is clearer to users the text under the H3 is related to that title.

Not sure if I can do this without affecting the entire site. Need to see how the Basic page display and styles currently work.

Adjusting the margin on the #main h3 style seems to work initially, however, I need to confirm what else across the ferries site this affects.

Glad we have a separate theme and CSS for Ferries.
