Increase trucker payout #90

This suggestion was made by Hamppe through discord on the 17th of September 2020

I took a timer to check how long time it takes to do the longest distance trucker delivery. I took around 5mins, and you are getting 27k for it. My opinion is to raise it abit more. I know that lidl did it for some weeks ago. But for me it feels like it takes way too long for that reward. It's pretty easy to lose the trailer or just getting arrested and so on.
