FR25. Can delete households
Goal: The user can edit the task details and who is assigned to the task..
Customers: System Administrators and Users
Description: Members of a household as well as system administrators will have the ability to delete a household from the system.
Origin: Based on initial project specification document, team members came up with this description during the first meeting.

We do have the the ability to delete households from the database, but methods for being able to complete this in the app are not yet implemented.
