FR12: Set Initial Location

Goal: Party hosts can set the locations for their parties

Stakeholders: Party hosts / Gamers

Party host may set the initial location at which the party will be held. Maybe include an outbound link that launches Google Maps. May only be modified by the host, but other users are able to request a change through another function.

Origin: This feature was thought up during Thadd’s initial vision for the app. It is central for our idea.

This requirement has been met. You can set initial location for an event(party) when creating a party.
