3 years ago Need to get basic version of friend search before we can do add friend as a feature.
FR2: Add friend
Goal: Users can add friends based on location, mutual friends, search, shared interests and other metrics. Also automatically add friends from other platforms.
Stakeholders: Gamers
When gamers meet in person they can add each other to stay in touch. Also they can add friends from other platforms like Discord and Steam. It can go the other way as well, friends in the app will be able to add each other on Discord and Steam. Users can make friends in person and just tap their phones together to exchange information, look at a friends page and just click on the discord logo to add their friend on discord.
Origin: The app should both facilitate new friendships, and let users know what events their friends are attending. Parties are already more fun and less intimidating when you know your friends are there.
