FR3: Delete/Block users
Goal: Users need to be able to delete and block users
Stakeholders: Gamers/event organizers
When a user deletes/blocks another user they become invisible to that user in the app interface.
Origin: This is OBVIOUSLY important for user safety, both in a literal sense, but also so they FEEL secure.
