FR15. Change Location of Tabs
Goal: Users are able to change the layout of their UI by moving tabs.
Stakeholders: All users.
Description: Users are able to change the location of the tabs that they have available through the use of the "settings" menu. Users can only move tabs to a number of predetermined locations based on their preference.
Origin: Customization is what makes our LMS stand out from the rest.

We weren't able to add this feature because we would have to change a lot of our core dashboard and navigation bar code. We didn't want to break our existing code by trying to implement this feature.
