| Description: When a client is using the system, it should not have any issues with interruptions or provide any errors. The connection to the server will be seamless requiring no credentials. When the user is submitting a change of statistical view, it should not be delayed for a long period of time but should send the request in about 3 seconds. The system will create a secure connection for users at all times. |
