[BUG] Daily interactive header menu becomes squished formatted if browser not wide enough #115

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Instead of a single line header, it will become a multi line header with overlapping elements.

Expected Behavior

The header must stay on one line.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make your browser window narrow from horizontal.

Cloudflare Pages

Anything else?

Cosmetic: Buttons still clickable, affects only small windows.

Assign to future Sprint beyond 3. Re-open when future Sprint occurs.
