| Goal: This feature will be used to receive information from the user to figure out the proper workout regimen. |

| Description: With Health.E application first use the user will be confronted with a 2–3-minute assessment asking for information based on their current physical capabilities. The information given by the users will then be stored by the application and used to give a workout regimen. Every two weeks another assessment will be used to track user progress. |
