| Goal: To track the assessment progress in a database, so we can use it for the progress graph as well as future assessments. |

| Description: Keeping the metrics of the Assessments(how many miles ran, pushups done etc.) in a database so it can be accessed quickly and efficiently. These metrics will also be used in other parts of the program, like the Progress Graph, and the weekly assessment. |
