[TASK] Experiment plan

Background: For the MS03 Statement and to guide development, we need a good understanding of the experiment(s) to be conducted with this application. Parts of this may be derived from prior milestone statements or other sections in the MS03 Statement

Success Criteria:

1. Dataset description is replicated from the MS02 Statement into the MS03 Statement under section 2.1.
2. A description and reference(s) for the algorithm(s) in use, and how they will be applied in this case is documented in the MS03 Statement under section 2.2.
3. CPU and RAM hardware specification for each team member's machine is documented in the MS03 Statement under section 2.3.
   • CPU information should contain at least the model and clock speed.
   • RAM information should contain at least the quantity installed.
4. Experiment plan containing the algorithm(s) being examined, the performance metric being measured, any performance-impacting variables (dataset size, query size, etc.) and expected results for each of these categories are documented in the MS03 Statement under section 2.4.
5. Plan for completion of the study and critical areas to highlight are documented in the MS03 Statement under section 2.5.
