STEP file parser #36

The application needs to be able to parse STEP files rather than files from Blender.

The parsing of STEP to OBJ files is possible, but requires a common package in the industry called CAD Exchanger SDK. If we get access to this or come up with a different idea other than our current this is worth looking into again.
