The simulation should display more detailed outputs, as specified by the client (NASA). See additional details from the client meeting on 4/10.

Resolved with the merge of branch TrevorsDetailedSimOutputs. The outputs are now extensive as requested by our clients. The user can also preview the outputs in the application rather than having to open the files.
