Now that 20.40 (digcoldata) will become primarily a data server with a spinning Fedora, might make sense to disable varnish for the time being to get a firm understanding of information routes.
We can turn on later at some point if desired, and may not be a bad idea to cache Fedora requests, but keep off initially to make sure routes work.
