This is a fantastic piece of work. I think these would be valuable to reference in a section in the Mapping Readme file so our state POC can take a look at their own data and share insights or answer questions related to data gaps (.e.g., unspecified)
One additional useful insight would be to add the grand total count on the plot, e.g., on plot 1, whats the total water rights count here across all dates? just a single number probably in a box somewhere on the plot. The Violin BoxPlot is super cool. Now, I'm curious about those outliers, how do we report about them? e.g, put them in a table? what if we plot it in a log scale so we see more distribution within the Violin shape?
