Utah: Double checking the POD and POU locations of this water right

Not sure what's going on here but the WestDAAT POU or/and POD locations seem to be off from the native landing page locations. https://westdaat.westernstateswater.org/details/right/UTwr_WR711197

After looking into other examples, this POD site in southwest Utah seems to be linked to a lot of POUs in the Dushane area which does not make sense geographically speaking https://westdaat.westernstateswater.org/details/site/UTwr_SPOD795868736
