1 year ago This was one of the water rights where we were advised by ID to use owner information other than that provided in the POD file. They shared with us USActingThroughWaDE.xlsx file, and advised we use those owner names in there, in the event that specific water right appeared in that file. It’s possible that this external owner name file for IDwrs is no longer relevant as they might have updated their native data to not have this problem anymore.
