11 months ago Very interesting how the POU layer exists here as ~"quarter/section" but not as one polygon + the POU is permitted within Duchesn while the actual use is outside the Colorado River Basin.

This issue requires sharing a screen and explaining what's going on. These three water rights visually seem to share sites between them, but when I click on the shared site landing page, I dont see multiple water rights associated with it (I expected to find many).
My head started spinning from looking at different screens. Things to check, do the sites have the same identifier? They may have a different identifier, but their coordinates are either the same or approximate to each other.
