There is a download green arrow button that experts the layer into a shapefile https://mapservice.dwr.nd.gov/index.phtml?active=Drillers

There are seem to be landing pages but not sure of what identifier https://mapservice.dwr.nd.gov/php/drillerslogs/queryid.php?id=39775&tbl=Drillers%20Logs

Having a little trouble determining the difference / uses of two different data sets: Driller Logs vs Ground/Surface Water Sites (i.e., Wells) (see first image). They do not seem to overlap / are not the same sites (see 2nd image).

Adel to reach out and ask ND to get more information form them.
