I think the OpenET team has complied this data (not certain) for WA and the rest of the US from many sources. I wonder if we can share an OpenET POU layer in WestDAAT, which would provide more metadata on crop types, irrigated methods, and more up-to-date areas. We need more guidance from Tony and the council before we do that. Let's put this WA POU layer on hold.
