Review AZwr data

Looks like there is an issue with AZwr data. Our landing pages are not matching their info.

• ex: WaDE AZwr Page vs AZwr source page

Re-download / re-map the AZwr data.

Looks like that AZwr hosted page is actually just a default page, seems like all of our wr links are taking us to that same page. Looks like we need to double check how that link should be built.

Example: all of these are from our WestDAAT service, taking us to the same page.

• Was able to manipulate that url correctly to act like a landing page. Links to AZ gw landing pages are now working
• updated AZwr with latest download of data.
