What's the source of this data? More specifically, where is the metadata that defines the fields? I'm unable to interpret the data.

We should start with the 'Federal American Indian Reservations (Features: 312)' portion of it to start with.

Dealing with tribal data / issues gets legally complicated. They are not always tied in legal water rights and there are disputes on what the official border looks like.

At a minimum, be sure to post a legal disclaimer that says where the data came from.

Probably best to put this project on the back burner for now until we have states finalized. This will help in the long run in supporting in posting and sharing tribal data.
