OK gage stations and reservoirs data

Let's look into importing OK data here (exclude USGS based stations)

To clarify, use these data sets:

• Real-Time Surface Water Gages (link)
• BUMP Stream Site (link)
• BUMP Lake Sites (Single Point) (link)

Each of these contains site information, and it does appear timeseries info does exist for each site. However, the timeseries is not given with this data.

If the gage station data reported to USGS, then we pass.

It appears USACE and OWRB have some stations which we'd want. It's shocking how USACE still uses that time series format. We'll have to check with USACE
