What would the units of these permit storage volume as part of water rights? I'm assuming that would be AF still? WestDAAT only accommodates CFS and AF records right now for wr data.
So yes it would be AF but it's different than the existing Volume(AF) we have now. Volume(AF) we have represents the maximum volume of water a user can withdraw per year. Storage(AF) is a volume of water that a user may have the right to store in a reservoir and use either within the same year or carry over to other years. The storage right could be higher or lower than the Volume(AF). It's worth reviewing across member states later.
North Dakota and probably other states permit storage volume as part of water rights. Let's see which other states have this type of data.
