print preview #46

printing works fine, now even with preview!!  ...but how do i disable the 
preview and print directly in case i want to? (delphi cef3)

now i don't have print prev but i have the printer selection window for what i 
didn't find solution just by following when the window gets visible and i 
simulate a button push
