Bigger powercells #1

Either make the powercells transfer energy better when connected to other powercell (no loop-ish thing) or make an advanced powercell. About the loop thing one way to solve it is by making it Nuclearcraft-ish so configurable sides.

But increase amount of rf that simple powercell anyway. 32k rf is not much compared to internal buffer of another machine

There will be higher tier powercells, that also will have configurable sides. Potentially there will be a multiblock option to have a really big capacity battery.

sorry, what machine can use battery ? I only can use charger, can't find machine to output
