Thaumcraft Golum Bell \ Client side crash #267

When attempting to create the Golum Bell, client crashes. crash-2017-02-12_23.58.22-client.txt

I attempted to upgrade to thaumic horizons 1.9 Issue persisted. Removed thaumic horizons, from server and clients. Issue fixed.

I would like to re-add thaumic horizons, but with the current state of the mods, I have to choose stability over features.
