Change API Package #21

Change the API package to allow for further customization.

The current package does not support all of the API endpoints that TMDB offers.

Started implementing the http package with the suggestions update

Converted all occurrences of the tmdb_api package. Clean up will be part of Version_1.2.0 main merge
