Drag and drop of predefined tags #41

Many tags appear on multiple cards. It would be nice to have set of predefined tags displayed somewhere on a screen, from which user could drag and drop on a card. There is no need to make that set persistent. It can be stored in cookies.

how about dragging tags from the box that is used for filtering?
