[BUG] MANAGE INSTRUMENT --> outdated Microscope.json file can be opened using Load but not Import

Describe the bug Since version beta_0.45.1-b1-0 outdated Microscope.json files should not be able to open and should give a warning.

James Chambers's old microscope file (see attached) displayed the expected behavior upon Import from file but could be opened when using Load from Homefolder.

To Reproduce Use the attached Microscope.JSON file Attempt to "Import from file" fails with the expected error warning. Attempto to Load from file succeeds.

• Version 1.6.5

Errors are generated both with Import from File and Load from Homefolder. However errors are different:

Case 1: Import from file: ERROR WARNING IS APPROPRIATE

Case 2: Load from Homefolder: ERROR WARNING IS NOT APPROPRIATE
