[NEW FEATURE] ALL --> boundle Java dependency with downloaded release #417

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently MMA relies on the system Java version to run BioFormats This is cumbersome and difficult for users to deal with.

Describe the solution you'd like A solution has to be found to make sure all dependencies are bundled in the MMA package.
