[NEW FEATURE] MANAGE INSTRUMENT/SETTINGS --> difficult to see set of three "drag", validate circle, "delete" icons #420

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The set of three "drag", validate circle, "delete" icons associated with components icons are barely visible when App is Zoomed out.

SOLUTION 1 Roland Nitschke proposed the following solution: When selecting a component (e.g., Objective) and dragging it onto the canvas, propose to automatically ZOOM IN THE RELEVANT AREA OF THE CANVAS

SOLUTION 2 Change the color of "drag" and "delete" icons to make them more visible against white bkg.

SOLUTION 3 Change the size of "drag" and "delete" icons to make them more visible against white bkg.

This was partially addressed when we increased the size of all icons on top of each image when we implemented the Cut and Paste solution. The issue is ameliorated but not solved.
