[NEW FEATURE] MANAGE INSTRUMENT/SETTINGS --> Add a Navigation functinality (similar to ImageJ) #421

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Zooming in/out functionalities are not sufficient to navigate complex microscopes because one has to constantly switch in and out to move into an area, move out to a new area and move in again.

Describe the solution you'd like Adding a NAVIGATION feature similar to the one available with ImageJ would facilitate the task considerably.
