I get offline message with live plugin #298

hi team i have setup the Avideo web server and nginx server and the encoder all on one ubuntu 18 server, it all works fine nginx is running and i can run a live stream from OBS projects fine but i can't go live with the live plugin it either says offline or it just spins, i am not sure what i am doing wrong.

you suppose to open this issue on the AVideo repository NOT on the Encoder repository
