Error upload file to Encoder Site

I uploaded a file .mp4 to my encoder site today and received the following error:

Sorry!

Array ( [upl] => Array ( [name] => 20170216TownHall.mp4 [type] => [tmp_name] => [error] => 3 [size] => 0 ) )

I looked at the YouPHPTube-Encoder/videos/youphptube.log but there are no error listed. The last entry is: [20-Mar-2018 10:17:39 America/Chicago] http://videos..local/YouPHPTube/ == http://videos..local/YouPHPTube/

Where should I start looking to fix this?

I cant understand what is this error?

did you try to upload a MP4 on encoder or on the streamer?

check the log file, it does not mean much

The error message is what was displayed after I started the upload.

I saw the blue progress circle go almost all the way around, then it stayed there for a bit of time, then the "Sorry" error was shown.

Upload was to my encoder site.

The log file has the following as the last entry: [20-Mar-2018 10:17:39 America/Chicago] http://videos.domainname.local/YouPHPTube/ == http://videos.domainname.local/YouPHPTube/

Hi, this log is not an error.

Try to check streamer log to see what is going on
